« We booked this property and filled each bed with friends to experience the eclipse. While the host couldn't control the weather, it ended up being the perfect location (and experience)! The house was just as described and the kitchen was fully stocked with every pan or utensil you could think of, which was helpful as we prepared each meal at the house (all ten of us fit around the table). « Our stay was just what we hoped for!! Plenty of room for our large family. Loved the quiet secluded backyard. We lost power one night, Because of the weather. Owner checked in on us making sure we didn’t have any issues. Owner also was very accommodating letting us in a little early. We had everything we needed for a weeks long stay. Will be back. »

« We came here for a few days during the solar eclipse. Melissa and scott, the care talkers, were very sweet and attentive. A car accident had actually knocked out power to the whole town just before we showed up, but the place has a generator so we still had everything! cabin is a10 minute walk from town which was really fun to explore! We saw a mama and baby deer in the back yard on day 1. The kids (9 &14) could not get enough of the Foosball table and the adults discover the ring & hook game on...

The cabin's proximity to numerous trails was a highlight, especially with the e-bikes available for rent. « We found the place very comfortable and cozy! It is about a 10 minute drive to old forge which is so convenient to skiing and hiking. We visit the area frequently and are fortunate to find this place which had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house is spacious and inviting. Will definitely stay here again! »

« This place is awesome! I feel like the pictures don’t really do it justice. The kitchen is wide open to the family room with a great island and the dining room table sits 8-10 ppl. It’s so close to town, as well, BUT it doesn’t feel like it. The property manager, Jason, was so prompt with my questions, and was a true professional. I HIGHLY recommend this sweet house! »

« We've stayed here before and LOVED the screened in porch - this "cabin" is always accommodating and comfortable, very clean as well. We did run out of propane for the firepit, but did at least get to enjoy it for two nights - the beds are comfortable and the living room as well - kitchen well stocked. Close to everything - we will definitely be renting again. »
