"Great hotel and location "

"This is a cracking hotel, the staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was great, quiet & bed super comfy with excellent shower. Breakfast was fantastic with everything refreshed promptly, continental & cooked options available, fresh fruit, yogurt &:pastries. There is a mini gym & sauna too which we used at no extra cost. Location is great & the public transport in Budapest easy to navigate although you can walk to the Danube within 10 mins. Would definitely stay again."

"A beautiful hotel, not far from New York cafe. I had booked us an executive room so we had access to the spa and the executive lounge. We also received a very nice upgrade upon check-in to a a two room suite. The spa is delightful and the executive lounge could not have been better. Mike the concierge at the executive lounge made us extremely welcome and his service was exemplary. We had cocktails and even a light dinner one evening in the lounge. The breakfast buffet was extensive, good quality and included a freshly prepared omelette station. There was a small selection of gluten free bread and crackers. The hotel is on a fairly busy street with a little street noise on Saturday night. Overall highly recommended!"

"Really lovely hotel, the rooms were clean breakfast was good. The spa was also really nice. However there are tramlines behind the hotel and the trams go past continuously. This does not make for a good nights sleep. We stayed for two nights and did not have more than a few hours between us "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Marbles Residence. The room was extremely clean, the bed comfy, spacious, and secure. It was better than I imagined and I was able to walk to everything. I highly recommend staying at the Marbles Residence... certainly 10/10."

"Very nice apartment well kitted out with everything needed, only thing that let it down was im guessing the people who stayed before us were smokers as that's all you could smell when you first entered the apartment, left the window open the whole week didn't make a difference, apart from that it was perfect and would use again."

"I was unable to arrive at the guesthouse due to the war situation — the airspace was closed and my flight was canceled. I contacted the management in advance and asked to postpone my stay. The booking had been fully paid months ahead, but unfortunately, they refused any flexibility or accommodation. In the short term, they kept the payment. In the long term, they have lost a returning guest — and potentially others who value fair and understanding service. I’ve visited Budapest many times, and there are plenty of places that treat guests with more consideration and flexibility. I recommend future travelers take this into account and choose carefully. "
