This condo is nothing if not convenient. You'll be able to walk out your back door and onto the Lift Line ski trail at this three-bedroom ski-in/out condo on the ground floor of Winterplace at Okemo Mountain Resort. Returning home at the end of the day is just as simple - ski down to Winterplace from the top or take the lift up from the base lodge area.

Inside, you'll find three bedrooms, remodeled bathrooms, and a living space with all the essentials for a memorable stay. There's a mud room with ample storage for your outdoor gear, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining area, and a living room with a TV and a wood-burning fireplace.

With seasonal community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis and basketball courts, Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This condo does not have air conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for two families
The kids (ages 3, 4, 5 and 6) had a blast, and it was amazing that they could play outside in the snow right outside the backdoor.

Wonderful
We recently stayed at the Winterplace property and it was an amazing experience. The property was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The location was perfect. It was a true ski in and ski out unit and made skiing very convenient. Luckily we had good snow too! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

*STAY AWAY FROM PROPERTIES MANAGED BY VACASA*
Property itself is nice and in a great location. we drove 6 hours and got there early, but was not allowed to check in early even though the "cleaning crew" was done at 1:30. Then the code didn't work and we didn't get in for another few hours. When we did get in the door knob about fell off, the refrigerator and freezer smelled of ammonia trying to cover bad fish smell. The toilets smelled of urine, and the towels had long black hairs all over them as well as the bed sheets. The Internet kept disconnecting and a neighbor kept connecting to the TV speaker. Even through every little thing that's was a negative we still tried to have a good time on the mountain. During our last night, we returned from the firework display to find the owners son walking out of the property as we were parking. Vacasa told the owner it was empty for that night. We offered the owners son a bed for the night since it was his family's place and wanted to help. He must have informed vacasa of this because I got a call from the assistant regional manager offering me a 572$ +tax refund. That was two weeks ago and vacasa has still not refunded anything, nor does anyone answer or return calls. I've stayed in over 12 countries on 4 continents, I've never needed to leave a review like this, even in third world countries.

Great Trip but initial entry was an issue
Great Place and stay. They do have firewood which was great. Condo was clean and modern with toiletries. Below is to inform others and not to panic. My only item which others seem to have the same issue was initial unlock. The codes did not work. We worked with property and tried several new codes. We eventually got in with a lock box (pull hard) Everything was fantastic once that was complete.

Short getaway ski trip
Location couldn’t be more convenient with the ski lift practically dropping you off at your door! Exceptionally clean and comfortable with everything at your fingertips. Washer,dryer, full kitchen, fireplace with firewood. 4 bunk beds are in the third bedroom, so if all adults are going that is something that is good to know about. Just Beautiful!
