It boasts a private natural garden of 1,000 sq.m., perfect for relaxation with a pond and an above-ground swimming pool (7x4 m, 120-120 cm deep) available seasonally from May 1st to September 30th. The property offers garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a children's playground with slides and swings. Additionally, it provides amenities such as Internet WiFi, a central heating system, a washing machine, and parking for three cars. Just an example.

La Pergola is surrounded by trees and fields, offering a tranquil setting. The property features a beautiful 1,000 sq.m. garden ideal for relaxation, complete with a pond and an above-ground swimming pool (7x4 m, 120-120 cm depth) available seasonally from May 1st to September 30th. The owner resides in a separate semi-detached house and has a dog. Heating is available only from November 15th to April 15th. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Nearby amenities include a grocery store 1 km away, a supermarket 3 km away, and a restaurant 1 km from the vacation rental.

The upper floor consists of one double bedroom, one room with two beds, and a walk-through room with one bed, along with another shower room with a bidet and toilet.

The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. You will have access to terrace furniture, a barbecue grill, and deck chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Convenient facilities such as a washing machine, mosquito nets, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer are provided. Additionally, you can stay connected with the complimentary internet service (WiFi). The property also includes a garage space for one vehicle on the premises.
