Live up your next stay in Lubbock at Stockton Place! This home is brand new and was built by your host in South Lubbock just east of University Ave and 82nd St. This home has all new everything. You'll love the 70-inch smart TV in the living room and super fast wifi throughout. You're welcome to park in the garage and there is plenty of parking in the driveway as well. We can't wait to host you at our home! This home is perfect for both short and long stays! Pet friendly. Landscaping coming soon

Stockton Place is a brand-new construction single-family home that was just completed in January of 2023 by your host. This home has been carefully thought out for guests with all color matching lights, an open concept living area, kitchen, and dining area, all new furnishings, and plenty of storage and cabinetry for both short- and long-term stays. Speaking of long-term stays should you have the need for a stay over 2 weeks, reach out to us before booking so that we can better accommodate you.

*Landscaping including Sod and sprinkler irrigation will be competed in Early April. We apologize for the lack of grass at the property currently but this should impact your stay*

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with walk in closets in every room. The first two bedrooms have brand-new queen-size beds, and the master has a king size bed. We use sleep innovations cooling memory foam mattresses, super soft microfiber sheets, and hotel collection pillows on each bed. There are additional blankets for those that sleep cooler and the AC at this house will keep you cool if you are on the warm-blooded side. Each bedroom has two nightstands and hangers in the closet for clothes as well.

The master bedroom has it's own attached bathroom with both a tub and a separate shower. The master has it's own private patio outside should you need to step out and grab some fresh air.

Each bathroom has a tub/shower combo supplied by a 50-gallon water heater so that there will be plenty of hot water for each guest. The vanities in this home float above the floor to ensure a clean aesthetic and a clean floor! Both bathrooms have wall mounted shower dispensers with Ginger Lily Farms Shampoo and Body Wash. We have installed wall-mounted hair dryers similar to what you would find in hotels. This helps ensure that they are easily accessible and don't walk off from the property either. There are plenty of hotel collection bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths available during your stay.

In the kitchen of this home, you'll find most everything you need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many fine restaurants or cook yourself a home cooked meal. We've installed a stainless-steel gas range because we know that most people prefer to cook over an open flame. Double check the amenities section of this listing for all that we supply in the kitchen. Should you have any special requests please reach out and let us know. There is a huge pantry in the kitchen should you have the need to store a lot of groceries or items during your stay. Just off the kitchen is a separate dining area with 6 chairs and plenty of space to eat or enjoy a family game night.

The living room of this home has a large and medium couch and a 70" smart TV so that you can enjoy your favorite streaming services. If you need an extra place to sleep, you're more than welcome to crash on one of the comfortable couches. We made sure that the internet at this property is fast for any streaming gaming or work needs you may have during your stay.

You are welcome to park in the garage during your stay. There is plenty of room for two normal sized vehicles and even more parking in the driveway.

This home is pet friendly but we do ask that you let us know first. You are liable for any extra cleaning or damages that may occur. Please clean up after your pets both inside and out. This includes shedding. Also, please make sure they stay off of furniture and out of beds.

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

This home is located in South Lubbock just east of 82nd St and University Ave. It is within 10 minutes from Texas Tech Campus and is only a few minutes drive to West Loop 289. This neighborhood is brand new and features homes built by your host.

Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare service

If you have a need for a long-term stay, this property is perfect for your needs. Contact us through messaging so that we can get you the best rate and save you some money.

Nice stay
Nice house, comfortable, good size, quiet neighborhood. Might need a more thorough cleaning, damp laundry was still in the dryer, found crumbs in drawers and fridge and dog waste in the backyard. In spite of that I would stay there again.

Not clean & to many things that need to be fixed
This property need to be thoroughly cleaned & the blankets were stained. Rugs were stained & couch & chairs were stained. The floors were dirty. Rugs had stickers. This place really was nice just not cleaned the way it should be. We didn't get to do much there as we went to Lubbock to go fishing & just enjoy the town. So i was disappointed in this place for sure.

Great location and house
We loved staying here and will def do so in the future. The house was clean and as expected. The owner was very helpful and super friendly. Neighbor was also very friendly. The layout of the home felt big and the location had everything you needed near by. Overall, great stay.

Great Stay in New House
The property was great. New construction with a great layout, easy-to-access location, and nice neighbors. Would definitely stay again. Having access to the garage was useful as we had a small trailer with us and could easily fit it in there. Had all the amenities we needed for a nice stay.
