« This was the perfect little home for our week long stay near Quincy! It had everything our family needed and was very cute and clean! Our son loved the large front yard. We were there in June so it was a treat watching the Fire Flies at night. When communicating with the host, they were very responsive and polite. Little bit of road noise in the adult bedroom, but we played white noise on a phone and slept right through it. House was accurately described in the listed and everything was very clean and comfortable! »

« The cabin was cute and nicely updated. The inside was very clean, well furnished, and stocked with all of the essentials. The outside had some useful amenities and a relaxing atmosphere but it wasn't as well kept as the inside. There were tons of spider webs, which wasn't unexpected, but the entire exterior could have used a good powerwash.The location/neighborhood seemed somewhat ok but it isn't the most diverse place and some may not feel welcome in that area. « This was a great place to stay overall. Very spacious place. The neighborhood wasn't very good, and constant traffic. Not a deal breaker for us, just informing others. The biggest issue was the drain pump for all water is loud. Couldn't do anything with water without waking my wife or vise versa. The manager/ owner was very accommodating & nice. »

« Stayed here a total of 10 nights (2 reservations) while our daughter was at Hannibal Regional Hospital recovering from complications of a surgery. We rented the upstairs unit first, (Parlor on Paris) also 2 reservations, but switched to Huck's Hideaway when we realized we would be in town several weeks. Since we were taking shifts & staying with her around the clock, it was the perfect place to relax, refuel & rest. Kitchen was very functional with a great gas stove & full size appliances....
