"Impossible de s’enregistrer. Quand on téléphone au numéro d’urgence indiqué, ils ne parlent que allemand et anglais. Nous sommes en Suisse et en Suisse nous avons 3 voir 4 langues officielles. Français, Italien, allemand et Romanche…. Nous, ne parlons que Italien et Français. Au bout du fil, personne n’a pris la peine de trouver une solution pour nous comprendre. Au final on à du trouver un autre Hôtel et sans aucun remboursement de leur part…."

"We stayed for 3 nights to attend an event at Campus Sursee. The hotel is in an odd location but is very well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was big enough for 3 with a nice little kitchen area. The free gym access was a definite plus for me. We also bowled at their brewery downstairs. The Bowli center next door was very fun for my 10 year old, though the cost seemed a bit high. As there are no activities for children at the hotel, it would have been nice to at least have a discount for guests. Overall we were very happy there."

"L’hôtel est très confortable et extrêmement pratique, notamment grâce au système d’enregistrement et de départ en libre-service, qui fonctionne parfaitement. Les chambres se trouvent entre le 10ᵉ et le 12ᵉ étage, offrant une vue magnifique sur toute la vallée de la petite ville de Menziken. Le 13ᵉ étage est dédié à la salle de petit-déjeuner, où le personnel est très chaleureux et accueillant. Comme il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, j’ai demandé s’il était possible de conserver un sac de glace pour des médicaments, et une employée très aimable m’a proposé de le mettre dans leur réfrigérateur réservé — ce qui m’a vraiment sauvé ! Au 14ᵉ étage se trouve le bar, avec une vue également très agréable. Le village de Menziken est calme et reposant, un vrai bol d’air frais pour l’esprit. Le seul petit inconvénient : j’ai l’habitude de dormir avec deux oreillers, mais je n’en ai pas trouvé de supplémentaire dans la chambre."
