Why isn’t there an issue with other people? There’s people fighting the rooms next to me I don’t see him go up to them. I’ve stayed here 3 times and had constant issues. The first day was fine I extended the stay and next day the daughter told me it was $68 I payed went on with my day, later the manager comes saying I owe them that it was 84 I wasn’t in the mood and just gave him the rest of the money. The 2nd stay the manager comes and bangs on my door saying I didn’t pay for my reservation I have receipts and proof of my payment and they insist and say I didn’t then the daughter stated I did pay and she’s “ sorry “ this is super inconvenient never again. Even to get toilet paper ringing and ringing the bell no answer but a second later, he answered some other people checking in? Why is it that only me & my girlfriend are getting pulled out of our rooms because you guys can’t teach your daughter to learn how to properly bookings or you guys can’t manage your hotel properly.
