The most comfortable sofas with 70" TV and a luxurious and brand new mattress. You will not want to leave. If you do, you will find it easy to get to any side of town. Want to stay local? There is plenty to do around walking distance. Whole foods is a 10 min walk, it is my The beach is easily accessed by car, bike, bird or even walking if you want to get your steps in, depending on traffic it is around 10ish minutes from Santa Monica beach by car, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more. +-5ish minutes by car to UCLA, easy path to Beverly Hills and close to 405/10 freeways!
