The living room has a TV and games for entertainment. The house also has dependable high speed wifi. The island has a school with a public library, a playground for children, and tennis courts for use. There are several beaches, nature trails, and a community center to explore, and two island stores with limited grocery and beverage options. You can easily get around the island by bike or on foot, as it is only three miles long and one mile wide. It is open and airy and maintains its 100 year old charm even as it's been updated. It sits in a great, grassy yard with plenty of bright light and has a terrific, large deck on the front. The house was great to stay in, plenty of equipment in the kitchen and nice grill outside. Bathroom well supplied with towels and washer dryer helped a lot! Living room was comfortable and internet worked well. Ceiling fans in all the rooms made for a comfortable sleep, and heat pump downstairs kept the house cool. Yard was clean and tidy, we used the golf cart which was helpful to get around the island. Beaches are close and overall was a great place to be. ##### Julie B. Chaz is an incredible host and could not have been more accommodating. From the moment we booked this adorably home he made himself available and even added multiple amenities before we arrived—including a Weber grill and a golf cart (!)—to make our stay effortless and comfortable. The home is perfect for an average size family or small group and perfectly located for easy access to not one but two beautiful sand beaches.
