I stayed here for 5 nights. The staff once I arrived were helpful and the location is perfect ! So close to Paddington station and as a result able to access London very easily. Only negative is despite multiple attempts to contact them prior to my reservation they did not respond to emails or Expedia messages. Also I was there during the London heatwave and there is no AC.

My daughter and i enjoyed our1 night stay. Check in was easy, our room had bunk beds - as expected. The room was small, but had everything you needed and more. Staff on check in and out were very nice and helpful. We needed to leave our luggage at the hotel and that was no trouble at all.

Very clean, nice cafe and breakfast-lunch restaurant with good quality food and drink. Our room was even smaller than previous ones, though, and our check-in was delayed unnecessarily and without promised updates -- exhausting after a transatlantic flight.

Small bunk room, beautifully done. Just what we needed. Super close to Paddington station. No noise and blackout blinds. Tea, coffee and water station available and electric fan provided (was essential in very hot weather!). Will definitely be using again.

This hotel was in a great location, the decor was top notch and there was a great restaurant. The downside is that it’s the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Not a huge issue. I was there during a heat wave and the room did not have AC. I opened the window and some bees kept flying in the room. And the lift was broken so I had to carry my suitcase up 4 floors of very narrow stairs. Things break; I get it. And it’s not like they can control the weather. Overall I’d still come back... maybe… just so long as it’s not during a heatwave.

Such a lovely hotel. Beautiful small room. Beautiful decor, good bed, friendly and helpful staff, But … when the street noise keeps you awake all night on a ordinary Monday night, it’s really not good. Yes they provided earplugs, but that should be a last resort - not part a stay at that price range. Not coming back. Sorry. Definitely need sound proof windows.

Excellent location next to Paddington Station. Lots of great restaurants around. Buses easily available. HopOnHopOff bus stops right in front of the hotel. Hyde Park is a ten minute walk. The downside, as others have stated, is that the rooms are small; two of us couldn't open our suitcases at the same time. The bathroom had glass in the door, which is fine if you're alone, but not fine if you're sharing a room. The inside of the hotel is a maze to get to your room. It's noisy at night, with sounds from the street and people. However, staff were very helpful, particularly in carrying our bags up and down the stairs.
