Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et pour moi c'est important mais je trouve très difficile de vivre dans cet environnement minéral, sans plantes dehors, ou presque, sans pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres, avec des alarmes incendies qui clignotent toute la nuit. Celà m'a empêchée de passer une bonne nuit et donné mal à la tête, ce qui ne m'arrive jamais. Je sais bien que l'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport mais je me demande si un hôtel construit autour d'une grande cour intérieure ne permettrait pas un peu plus d'intimité dans ce contexte. Je trouve que le hall central est assez agréable avec un choix de bars, de restaurants et la possibilité de s'assoir sur de jolis canapés. La décoration est soignée.Voilà. C'est juste celà que j'ai noté dans le confort. En espérant que ces remarques vous feront avancer. I arrived late at 11pm after driving 5 hours and the person at the reception couldn't find my booking. As he had just finished his service he told me to wait for the next slot. I waited more than 25 minutes watching him making his accounting and telling the other clients that he had finished and wanted to go back home. I can understand that he finished his day but I guess teh otehrs clients too. And I've never waited for more than 25 minutes to get a room in a hotel. Ok price is cheap but service is very poor as well as the room. There was no cleaning services throughout my stay. The whole property had no fresh air including the lobby and rooms. The staff were abrupt and unfriendly from check in to check out.
