"2nd time there, almost turned into a bad experience for my no parking its a nightmare for Uber or Lyft to park and pick us u, sonesta staff very mean, and then the original room was very dirty, TV on musty like someone had just been in there, bathttub very dirty, after the move they redeemed our confidence, loved the breakfast. Thank you do fix the parking situation please so I can give 5 star."

"This is a great spot if you need to go to Inuit Dome or SoFi. There is a sport bar attached with tasty food. You can get drink there or at the bar. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the heated pool was amazing."

"Checked in pretty late into the evening, but surprisingly got a nice room upgrade from the front desk staff. Lovely view of the water/Queen Mary. The room was spacious and clean. My favorite part of the room had to be the balcony. We had to spend some time enjoying the view before bed. King bed was the cherry on top. Would love to enjoy a staycation here again!!!"
