« We had a wonderful time at Coulter Farmstead. The property is very family-friendly. The kids had a great time playing with the cows, goats, and chickens. They especially enjoyed getting to hold two newborn goats. Katie and Justice are both kind hosts and I enjoyed learning about the history of the buildings. The kids also want to mention that breakfast was delicious! »

« The location is amazing, the home is beautiful, well maintained, and the furnishings are comfortable. This was a wonderful place to enjoy the eclipse - the nearby town provided the food (both groceries and restaurants) and the nearby lake provided a great vantage point to view the event. Walking through the woods made this a peaceful and comfortable stay. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and made suggestions on where to go out to eat. »

« This property said no "wi-fi", but it did have it! That made it so much more enjoyable for our teens. The site contact was friendly and easy to talk to. The house was set up so nice (more kitchen items than in other places we've stayed). And above all, when traveling with a 2 year old, this place was so nice and had washer/dryer and ALL the soap ready for us to use. It has a soaker tub, with jets, worked beautifully. All furniture was very comfortable. The location isn't close to many stores...

« The cabin was very cozy. The hot tub and clawfoot tub were amazing! The wildlife and scenery was breathtaking. Literally minutes away from so many outdoor activities. And Kirk was down to earth! Loved his bear story! Stay here, you won’t regret it. »

« The Rynders Cabin, at Coulter Farmstead, was a very unique experience!! I would describe Rynders Cabin as "romantic, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing". It is a place to go if one is looking to de-stress. If I was a writer, this would be the place I would definitely want to go to write. The fireplace in the cabin was a definite plus; although, you can only burn fire logs (not firewood), and you need to leave the cabin clean to a certain degree according to renter's policy.
