Llano Motel is an obviously old dated facility from the early ‘60’s at latest. Compared to current motel/hotels it lacks many amenities. It’s primarily a bed and bathroom with the sink/mirror outside the toilet/shower. That said the beds are comfortable and clean, the toilet and shower are very clean and the a/c kept the room cool. Initial impression was a slight smell maybe musty and carpet is worn. I would complement owners for cleanliness especially considering age of the building!

I was looking for a low cost, clean room for one night. Check in was easy. This is an older motel and the room was smaller that what I've stayed at in the past. The room was clean and comfortable. It was just what I was looking for and the price was right in comparison to the other hotels in the area.

Get what you pay for here
We were out in a room in a corner that felt like we were staying in a closet. There was a gap under the door we had to put a towel down so crickets wouldn’t come in. When we left for the day and came back late there were about 10 crickets in the room. Only source of security is a handle lock like a bedroom door, the physical key we got didn’t lock the deadbolt. Sheets had stains. This is definitely not a place to stay for someone with anywhere near high standards. There’s a reason you can stay here two nights for the same price as one at the Days Inn around the corner. If saving money is your thing then this will do. We’ve stayed at the Lonestar Inn across the street and it’s not much better.

Very Small room
The room was very small. The bed was listed as a queen but in reallity it was a full size bed. There was no coffee pot in the room, all it had was a microwave and a small refigerator. No hot water Monday morning just luke warm. Will not be staying at this hotel again

a nice size kitchenette. The only thing we did not like about the room was the bad order . The smell of the room was bad. Bought some air freshener and sprayed the room.

Perfect spot to sleep for the night. Easy access, owners were very friendly and accommodating with our after midnight check in. Beds were clean and comfy, we would stay again.

Too hot!
The air conditioning in our room was not adequate for the room. Finally about midnight it got cool enough to fall asleep in. They need to put in bigger units or keep them running all day.

Nice place
Small, cozy room with microwave, tv and fridge. Pretty clean and nice staff. Only complaint is the bathroom was oddly hot, I think the fan in there was blowing hot air. Not a huge deal though, I would stay here again.

The towels had holes in them. The beds both had stains on the sheets and on the outer blanket. There was not much room to move around in. There were also stains on the carpet. I would not recommend.

It's a clean but older quaint property. Cinder block walls (which means privacy/ quiet). Very basic. Cold ac, hot shower. Great mattress. Comfy linens. Microwave, mini fridge. Best price in town on short notice.

Manager was not friendly or hospitable, however his son was nice. The manager’s family lives on site. Their bedroom connected to our room and tv was on, loud, late. Room carpet was gross and dirty. They didn’t mention a pet fee at check-in and came by later to demand payment after seeing us walk our small dog. The room price was too high for such a tacky motel.
