"Anyone booking this unit needs to know a few things: Although it was modernized, it is not a great long term stay option. (12 nights)We had to ask for the check in info 3 times before we got a canned response with the codes. It also had a few requirements (where trash goes).We arrived and used the toilet once and found it backed up, there was no plunger available. "The room was very cute and cozy, lives up to its name. Clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and i got a good nights sleep. Only issue i had was the lack of a railing at the third level landing, i have balance issues and the top stairs were difficult (but not impossible) to navigate. "

"While it wasn't one of the most well appointed rentals I've ever stayed in, it had everything we needed, was super clean and a great location, walking distance to DIA, Wayne State, CCS, restaurants, etc. Thanks - we had a great stay!"

"The property is in the old industrial area. It is quite isolated from downtown. The area around the loft building and the common areas are old, rundown and somewht dirty. The building has a leaky roof. My bathroom kept on getting buckrtfuls of water from thr ceiling. The appartment itself is large although most lights appear to be burned out"
