« The persons at the desk were very helpful when I had to stay one night more. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. As usual in this type of hotel, the air conditioning was making a lot of noise. One problem is that one cannot open the window to let some fresh air in. So you have to let the AC run the whole night. But these are minor criticism, it is a good hotel all in all. »

« For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue »

« The front desk employee was exceptional at making my anniversary feel special. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the bar was great, and the bartender was super nice. We were welcomed with a little gift from the manager for celebrating our anniversary, which I thought was above and beyond. The pool and hot tub we’re both clean and super easily accessible »
