"First of all, we were not aware that this property - all rooms are motel style- drive up & have an exterior access room. The locks and safety did not look seem very stable. We asked to look at the room & it was bad. if you walked by the window or first glance it did not look terrible but once you went in & had a closer look it was BAD! the desk chair had dirty crusted "stuff" all over the seat and back, the comforters had stains! the other sitting chair had fading, stains, food on it also. the floor looked like it had recently been replaced however there was a big piece missing where 2 boards met in main walking part. the bathroom was the worst - toilet was not clean, shower had alot of mildew/mold, under the sink: if you were to sit on toilet you seen holes in drywall, pipes exposes & dangling, the corners of room /vanity were caked with alot of dirt, dust, etc? the closet door bottom was rusted, fridge door was dirty, etc, etc. the evening staff lady at the desk however was understanding when we instantly came back & told her we could not stay -& reported the some of the problems. she found a way to refund what i had already paid to expedia."

"The hotel is lovely with Boho-chic aesthetic and lush greenery. Rooms are spacious and have balconies. Daniel, the front desk manager, was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill. Maintenance & Room Issues Our room of four women had a completely non-working shower. A maintenance worker came to the room while we were still there and suggested he could come by to turn the shower on and off for us manually. This was completely unacceptable. While we were out for dinner, the team attempted to fix the shower. Daniel proactively tried to contact us to move our rooms, but we didn't see the message until we returned late that night. Upon returning, our shower had been taken apart, making a move mandatory. The night agent was visibly bothered by us and acted as if our situation was an inconvenience. He provided new keys but did not offer a bell cart or help us move; we had to specifically request a cart and move all of our own luggage. Billing & Management Failures Daniel kindly promised to comp our Friday night to make up for the trouble. However, the checkout process was handled poorly: Sunday Checkout: Daniel was off, and the manager on duty, Mitch, had no record of the arrangement. Broken Promise: Mitch assured me my card would not be charged until he spoke with Daniel. Instead, I was charged in full immediately. It has been exactly 7 days since I checked out and still no credit."

"I killed 3 cockroaches but property’s clean. I realize we are in Fla. so I notified front desk. Only problem I had was a drunk man wondering the parking lot walked up to our patio like he was going to come all the way to door. He was in bushes when I seen him thru the curtain crack. I yell at him thru glass he backed up and let. I notified desk. Their pool bar and complementary drink is non existent. Gyms ok. There are no pool rules. That area was popping with loud teens til 3 am so I don’t recommend ground floor. Staff was pleasant and everything was clean breakfast was decent."
