"Our journey from Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Post Falls, Idaho, was quite lengthy, especially with seven young children in tow. However, our experience at the Hyatt Inn was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Having stayed at many Hyatt locations over the years, I can confidently say that this was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Every member of the staff, from the front desk team to the restaurant and bar personnel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. I truly wish every Hyatt could emulate your outstanding service. Thank you for all your hard work; it did not go unnoticed."

"This is the perfect place for relaxing & unwinding - the views are amazing. It's easy to find, the neighborhood is quiet and it's close to everything but far enough to enjoy some solitude. The house itself is very clean, comfortable and has literally everything needed. We cooked most of our meals there and found the kitchen very well stocked with all the essentials. The hosts were excellent at communication and since there was no one there before our stay, let us check in a few hours early. They have a very complete binder with nearby attractions, restaurant menus etc and everything in the house is labeled and easy to use. We didn't go down to the dock or use any of the outdoor features but they look amazing. "
