« The property was very clean and was a great spot for the 4th of July. Serveal Tvs and parking spot in front for safe vehicle parking. The wifi could be a bit better, but overall it was a fantastic stay. »

« We had a great stay at the Hillside House in Montecito Heights. It was close in to everywhere we wanted to go, and was quiet, clean and comfortable. We loved the view and caught a drone light show at Dodger Stadium one night in addition to the downtown skyline. A perfect combo of high style and comfortable homey feel - highly recommended. »

« Attempting to find a great location close to LA Conv Center and to do some local college visits with my son, we couldn't have been happier with this place for many reasons. First, Shanda, our host, was awesome!!! Second, the ease of access to interstates and/or downtown was awesome!!! Lastly, the views sitting in the hot tub were awesome!!! I would recommend this rental for sure!!! »
