« The room was on ground level and the window was too close to garbage to leave open. »

« I went on a solo trip to Banaras and booked my stay at Gangotri. The hospitality truly surprised me. The owner and staff are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I was really impressed with the facilities. The room was clean and hygiene was well maintained, which made me feel comfortable and safe as a solo traveler. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Banaras — it’s totally worth it! »

« A great hotel in a great location. One pro tip that will vastly improve your stay in Varanasi: utilize their travel agency, Trip Choice Travel, run by Miss Varsha. Varsha is an amazing woman that goes far beyond just a travel guide. For example, if I tried to get a tuk tuk to go 2 km, it should cost at maximum 100 INR. When I tried to reserve one, it was impossible to get them to go below 200 INR. With Miss Varsha negotiating for you, you can get one for 50 INR or less. She helps you avoid the...

« We had an excellent stay at Triveni International »

« Comfy, clean room. Good location, very close to Assi ghat. Linen was not too fresh, somwone's hair on the pillows. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Apparebtly, it also takes 15 mins to check out in the morning. That is if there are no other guests checking out at the same time. It would have been good to know before I arranged for the taxi pickup ") All in all, good value for money; and with some simple improvements, it has the potential for excellency. »

« Brand new hotel with beautiful interior. Good breakfast with helpfull staff. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Was a peacefull and blessed stay in Varanasi. »

« The hospitality was excellent, the staff were courteous and friendly the housekeeping was good and food was great. »

« Dusty room and bathroom was clogged with water. No action on complaints. Poor quality food. Only room pictures are beautiful. »
