  • Spacious second floor apartment is located in secure post-civil war building. 875 sq. feet includes one bedroom with sitting area, comfy king-sized bed with 600 thread count sheets, flat screen tv, separate living room/office area with queen size hide-a-bed couch, flat screen tv, dvd and good wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Original hardwood floors, wide moldings, original decorative fireplaces and lots of windows make for a place that feels light and bright and just like home. Central heating and air. Washer and dryer. Just out the front door there are restaurants, antique shops, and tours of the horse farms nearby.

The apartment was the perfect spot for us. It was very cozy and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay in historic and friendly Paris KY. The flat was bright, clean and comfortable. Full kitchen was so convenient. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of clean towels and the shower had plenty of hot water. I felt right at home there. The owner was very responsive to a minor issue with one of the locks. The area is great- plenty of genuinely friendly places to eat and shop- Lil’s and Happy People Coffee for breakfast, Trackside and The Patio for dinner, within easy walking distance. The bakery in the same building was excellent- delicious quiche and cookies. Good local bourbon distillery Hartfield and Co also within walking distance. Shops were great- Quillin for exceptional leather tack (horse halters). Some street noise from traffic in the early mornings (deliveries, I assume), but nothing too bad. Very convenient to horse trams and less than 1/2 hour to Lexington. Loved my stay and plan to visit again.

We were in town for a family wedding just outside of Paris and this was a perfect spot to stay for the weekend….close to everything we needed, even had a gym nearby for drop-in workouts….sweet little apartment a la “Victorian”, very spacious, very comfortable King bed - only downside was the sound of late night vehicles on the Main Street below.

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at college. We had all of the necessities and few extras! Very clean and very comfy bed! The one downside to the property is although it is pet friendly it is little bit of a walk to grass for pet potty but still doable. There is traffic noise but again part of the downtown vibe. We would stay again.

Love Paris Kentucky

Loved staying here. Its downtown with the excitement of a small town but very close to restaurants and horse farms. Very clean, owner is quick to answer any questions and i would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time in Paris and neighboring area. This location and venue were a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and charming. If you are in Paris, KY we recommend. Be sure to make it to the Farmer's Market on Saturday just around the corner and to Lil's for quiche or Tomato Pie

Cozy home away from home

Our stay was short and sweet and so much better than the hotel we usually stay in. Ron was a wonderful communicator, everything was exactly as pictured. The downtown apartment was so homey and lovely. We will definitely stay again!!!

Great trip for the Paris Storytelling Festival

We came out for the storytelling festival and would love to return for that again, and to see more of this amazing bluegrass area. The apartment is superb, best location possible for the downtown events here (keep in mind it’s a small town!). Also very close to Lexington. Good restaurants and bakeries within 2 blocks. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern,and light filled. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, and there’s plenty of room. I would stay here anytime!

Wonderful in the heart of Paris

Beautiful large apartment, tastefully furnished, very clean, lots of towels, anything you could need , great shower, smart TV, across the street from a great coffee shop, parking on the street, beautiful old building but steep staircase...we are over 75 and it was OK for us.
