Need a place to stay, for those family gatherings for the Holidays!!? This place is centrally located on a quiet dead-end street overlooking Bryden Canyon and the Snake River (views are across the street). Enjoy your own driveway that leads right up to the door. You'll have your own code to enter your (no stairs) place with a King size bed, dining and living room area. You will also have a kitchen like area with access to the washer and dryer. Enjoy your own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Host lives upstairs.
The space
Our place is great for the couples, business travelers or traveling nurses or those families that just want to enjoy the outdoors.
This home is divided into 2 separate spaces. No shared space (except for long term stays, then washer/dryer will be shared with host, a schedule will be put in place) as the host lives upstairs.
Potential for hearing/being heard by guest or host. If you are looking for complete privacy this home may not meet your needs.
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am

Other things to note:
Use 1st driveway on West end of house, that leads you to the double white doors. There is a door that leads upstairs to the host area and will be locked at all times. 55" TV & internet. The Kitchen has appliances such as a single tabletop induction cooktop, smokeless grill, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker and several other appliances. Also comes with dish set for 4. Pots and pans, silverware.
