Pic Epeiche Gite

Located in the heart of the Loire Valley castles of Touraine, in Lerné, the two eco-lodges, Gîte Pic Epeiche and Gîte Tertuf can accommodate from 6 to 37 people. On the ground floor, our lodgings are equipped with living rooms, bedrooms with bathrooms and a garden adapted and accessible to people with reduced mobility.
In a green setting, on the edge of the forest, Le Gîte Pic Epeiche has been set up in an old 19th century farm in the heart of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park.
 
Classified as "Ecogite", the Gîte Pic Epeiche is made up of two buildings where particular attention is paid to energy management: installation of a wood boiler and solar panels, installation of dry toilets, use of ecological materials (terracotta bricks, plaster, lime, hemp, wood, etc.). The gîte also benefits from the "Marque Parc" label awarded by the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park and the Vignobles et Découvertes Label by Atout France.

Suitable for people with reduced mobility, the Gîte Pic Epeiche has comfortable and well-equipped rooms: bathroom, WC, laundry room, bread oven, kitchen, etc.
The Pic Epeiche gîte is made up of two buildings. The main building includes on the ground floor, fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, 1 large room of 70 m² with a kitchen equipped with a bread oven and a lounge area, 1 utility room, 1 toilet and 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with an accessible private bathroom. On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, including 1 equipped with dry toilets. On the second floor, you will benefit from 2 attic bedrooms, one with 3 single beds and the other with 4 single beds, 1 bathroom and a toilet. A second building, about ten meters away, completes the complex with a kitchen living room and two bedrooms with 3 single beds.

The Gîte Pic Epeiche is equipped with a seminar room (which can accommodate 12 people) with a 93 cm TV screen, a Paper bord and WIFI.
