« A beautifully maintained and owner-cherished lodge in a peaceful surroundings away from the hubbub of normal life. A lovely relaxing place to spend time and to use as a base when enjoying the breathtaking views and experiences in the local area.
The beds were comfy, the showers were powerful, and there’s every utensil you need for a group of 6 in the kitchen to cook and eat together.
The little welcome pack was a lovely touch. »

« The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged. Smelt really bad in the room. Balcony outside extremely dangerous and broken.
Floor uneven. No lights in the dark. Extremely noisy. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on sheets.
Dust and dirt every where. The towels didn’t smell clean. Extremely unhappy. I didn’t take hardly any photos to proved as I’m sure the staff know. »

« Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable!
Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea.
Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities.
A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before. »

« What a hidden gem The Annex, Rose Cottage is. Perfectly situated if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life! Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten.

« Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning. »
