"My stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff was attentive and had great communication throughout the stay. Upon arrival at the property the stay didn’t want us to exert any energy lifting bags, opening doors, not even the elevator button. "There less than 24 hours but close to passport office which is what we were Dallas for. Hotel is older but clean. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. Bed very comfortable. Nice and spacious rooms. Only issue, couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower in the morning. No time to worry about it. Overall, nice stay. Most affordable option in town for the night so felt it was worth it. "

"All good. On my way out I had a quick lunch at Pembroke. To my surprise, a corner table - with the sofa - has water dripping on the couch, from the ceiling, probably A/C. It didn’t affect me but judging by the damage on the cushion surface, it’s been there for a while "
