"Notre séjour s'est bien passé même si des petites choses pourraient être améliorées telles que des porte serviettes ou des tablettes un peu plus larges pour poser les affaires de toilette. En revanche, alors que nous nous apprêtions à laisser en garde à l'hôtel nos bagages afin de visiter la cité historique avant notre départ le soir même, on nous a indiqué que l'hôtel fermait purement et simplement à 14 h sans aucune solution de repli. Bien évidemment aucune information ne nous avait été donnée lors de la réservation car sinon nous aurions choisi un autre hébergement. Nous avons demandé à ce que le responsable soit prévenu, on nous a dit qu'il n'était pas joignable. Cette attitude nous paraît totalement inacceptable non seulement vis-à-vis de clients mais aussi vis-à-vis du personnel qu'on laisse ainsi sans appui ni solution face à des clients légitimement mécontents !"

"Un établissement dans la verdure, facile pour se garer, une bonne literie. En revanche, j'ai été déçue de la localisation de ma chambre. La porte de la chambre se situe dans le hall d'accueil de l'hôtel et accoler à la salle de restauration...un lieu de passage donc du bruit tard le soir et tot le matin. De plus, nous n'avons aucune intimité au moment d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre, nous sommes devant l'entrée de la salle de restauration. J'ai été déçue par rapport au prix et ce lieu qui se veut à la base calme, de rencontrer ce genre de désagréments."

"L’hôtel était chouette mais j’ai été déçue des conseils. En effet, pour le dîner, On m’a conseillé de prendre à emporté via le service interne qui reprend Uber eat. Alors que le lendemain quand je suis sortie par une autre porte de l’hôtel j’ai vu plein de petits restaurants accolés à l’hôtel… dommage car j’ai mangé pour cher en livraison en plus froid et pas bon… "
