"Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Also, when booking it did not state an additional charge for a late check, but we were told that there would be a late check charge after 9pm. "

"Deberían mejorar las instalaciones o bajar el precio, solo un espejo y pequeño, te cobran por traerte el desayuno que ya has pagado y para nuestro gusto le faltó algo de bollería y más café, poner un bar o un restaurante por que cuando quieres comer o cenar tienes que irte a buscar algo y en Carnota en invierno no es agradable, lo mejor el personal, eso si que es de 10! "We finished walking The Camino in Santiago and decided to treat ourselves to a night at this Parador, It was a great call! The hotel is magnificent. Fabulous location. Great staff. Room was just perfect (and it had a bath which was heaven after walking 23km!). Bed was wonderfully comfortable. We had supper in the hotel restaurant which was a delight and well priced. The hotel is the most amazing building and you could spend hours just wandering around it, admiring the architecture. Breakfast in the morning was also really good. The only complaint - we kept getting lost as its a maze and there were some renovations going on. Overall a fabulous stay and we wish we had stayed two nights rather than just the one!"
