The unit offers a quiet, relaxing stay - Close to the LGH, the CBD and the gorge. A state-of-the-art low-emission wood heater makes for cosy evenings (wood is included). Other features include warm-under-foot award-winning cork flooring, extra wide doors and an open plan bathroom for easy wheelchair access. Undercover parking is located at the front door, making the unit extremely accessible for all.



A well stocked gourmet grocer store/cafe is only a 5 minute walk away. This property is well suited for holiday or locum/longer-term accommodation.

No shoes inside please, no parties and no smoking 🚭 Additional fees apply for broken house rules.



• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.



• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.



• Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.
