Enjoy the incredible space in the home and views from the different windows. This house welcomes you with a great view of the pool and backyard. Spend time in the amazing pool, spa, or in the gym (in the garage). Enjoy a BBQ and spend some time in the backyard which features a sparling pool, spa, a beautiful backyard from which you can enjoy some great sunsets. A grill, lounge chairs, and an unbrella will make your stay more enjoyable. Walk to nearby parks. You will be close to a variety of restaurants and some supermarkets. Enjoy the king size bed and the smart 55 inch TV in the master bedroom. A second smart 55 inch TV is located in the family room. The Speedway, the Strip, the Convention Center, Famous casinos, Downtown are all within 20 minutes by car; Mt. Charleston (40 min); and Red Rock (25 min). You have quick access to freeways from here.

The kitchen has all you need to make your stay more complete, the living room features a 55 inch smart TV to guarantee times of fun, and in the closet by the bathroom, you will find a variety of games for everyone to enjoy! In the master bedroom, you will find a small bookcase with books for the book lovers in your group. If you like one of our books, you are more than welcome to take it or trade it for one of yours. Did I say it is close to shopping and lots of restaurants? Bathroom and laundry amenities are provided.

We loved our stay!
The house was perfect for our group of 8! Very Clean! Location was wonderful, corner lot on a quiet street and a grocery store around the corner. Rosanna was a great host and was quick to respond to our questions! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Family gathering place!!
We had a wedding off the strip and used this location for a gathering of many out of town guests. It was perfect, spacious, clean and just what we needed! The communication was quick and flexible. We highly recommend this location in the Las Vegas options!

Very clean home!
Stayed at this property for 7 days. It was very clean and worked really well for our big family to stay as it has 5 beds. Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The only thing I would change is to have access to the hot tub at our leisure rather then having to ask for it to be heated for the time we would like to use it. Aside from that I would highly recommend this property. Have stayed at other homes in Las Vegas before and they were not near as clean as this one. Also for the times that I did have to contact the host about the hot tub being turned on or anything else she was very quick to respond. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful Spacious Vegas Home
Loved our stay here. The house and neighborhood are quiet, clean and spacious. We enjoyed stepping back into the house each night after a long day of touring the Vegas area. Rosanna was always available and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the Weight room, the Hot Tub and even the swimming pool. The pool is not heated during the winter months but the kids loved jumping in as cold as it was and then warming back up in the Hot Tub. You can ask for the Hot Tub to be heated for four hours for a fee as listed on her site. The four hours was plenty of time and we thought that was very fair and had a blast with the cold and hot. The kids did the same thing at our friends house when we visited them for their house warming party. All said, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed Rosanna's home very much. The Beltran's

Heating issues
Owner should have the heat so the upstairs isn't 8,000 degrees and the downstairs is below freezing, exaggerated? Yes but it wasn't comfortable. Also the king bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. Host was available but the temperature couldn't be regulated. Property was clean, no dishtowels, but it was 21 degrees outside when we left and so cold inside.
