« The 3 story renovation was beautiful along with the setting on the water and great outdoor spaces. The king bed had a pillow top but sat on a wooden frame that needs replacing with a spring but might be difficult due to the slanted ceiling. The keurig coffee was a nice extra. Close to Lester park. A marker to find the driveway would help since house is tucked back. »

« I am a travel agent so we’ve stayed in many places. Coming across this gem was like hitting the jackpot! We came to escape the city for a few days. The property is extremely well maintained, beautiful, very comfortable, and Drew is the most responsive host we’ve ever had. Looking at this listing isn’t enough - you have to hear it. I cannot recommend this property enough and will certainly be back. If I have clients headed to Duluth this property will have my highest recommendation! »

« Had a great time. The house was beautiful, clean organized, it had everything we needed. Our boys did not want to leave the place. Coffee on the deck or gazebo every morning, bon fire every night and and just sitting and chatting with the boys. « All 13 of my extended family stayed here at the end of July and it was absolutely perfect for our family! We had kids ranging from age 1-15 and there was something for all of them! The house had everything we need for the little ones and the teenagers loved the ping pong table. The large porch was everyone's favorite place to hang out. And Duluth was so close when we wanted to get out for a day activity. Highly recommend for large family gatherings! »
