Relaxing time in Havasu City
We arrived early to our rental. Called to ask if we could enter early, which the owners allowed. House was clean, spacious and well equipped. The hot tub was a gift, we used it everyday. Great location, easy drive to all attractions in Havasu City. There was a welcome notebook which listed things to do and places to eat. We took advantage of many of the suggestions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed a sunny, warm, wonderful week.

We were here for a business event. The location was very clean, beds were comfortable, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and the hot tub, TVs and all appliances worked great! Everything was in working order and it was a relaxing stay for the evenings. Would stay here again!

Anniversary Get Away
This house was perfect for an anniversary get away. We have never been to Lake Havasu! The neighborhood was great, and we were always just a few minutes from the beach and lake front. We went during the off season, but you could still rent items to enjoy your stay. The house was clean and the hot tub felt amazing.

A wonderful weekend!
The layout of the house and pool set up were fantastic! We really enjoyed the backyard. Some frustrations were that the house was not nearly as tidy or thoroughly cleaned as a professional team should have left it, the remote for the TV was missing, dishwasher leaks while running, and the check in book has contradicting information in it. The pool guy also arrived twice in the middle of the day, causing us to not be able to enter the pool for a couple of hours after due to chemical treatment. Despite those factors, we did truly enjoy our stay at the property. Thank you for having us!

Looks EXACTLY as pictured!!!!! I thought the jacuzzi didn’t work because of the reviews but after emailing the owners I got a quick response on how to make it work!!! Neighbors did not complain at all, easy access, close to everything!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Overall it was good. But when you drive 12 hrs from -15 Colorado, and all you want is a hot tub and it's cold when you get there, changes the whole experience. Directions say itwill heat up in 20-30 min. It was more like 3hrs!! And they request you turn it off in between uses, which takes a lot of effort to use it when you want. We specifically rented that house for the hot tub!!

Loved this property, the master bedroom was giant and the other two rooms worked out just fine. Lovely pool and view on the patio. It did seem that the hot tub is set to only get luke warm but we enjoyed it until it got Too chilly out at night. Would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed staying here. The home is clean, spacious and has everything you could need. However I was told the pool would be heated upon arrival for small children and us, and then upon arrival find out it DOES NOT HAVE A HEATER. The jacuzzi heats up a little bit, but not enough to keep you warm. We were shivering in the jacuzzi after 10 mins. The kids were fine with it most of the time, but it does not go above 90 degrees. Other than the heated pool and spa, it was a wonderful place to stay.

My daughters 18th b day and mothers day get away
We had a great family get away! It was nice to get of California! The location was perfect close to the London Bridge we went out eat and house was in a nice neighborhood. WONDERFUL POOL AND JACUZZI AND BEAUTIFUL DECK! We would stay again for sure!
