It sleeps 11 in beds and up to 13 guests, with two living rooms, a private hot tub, smokeless fire pit, full-size pool table, game area and custom bar space.

Spend the day exploring Lake Harmony, Big Boulder, Hickory Run State Park and nearby Pocono attractions, then come back for a hot-tub soak, game night or drinks around the fire. The wooded setting, indoor fireplace and multiple gathering spaces make this an easy home base for two families, extended family or a group getaway.

The entire upper level is reserved for the luxurious master suite, complete with a king bed, en suite bathroom featuring a custom sink, and stunning views of the mountainside. It’s a peaceful sanctuary at the top of the home.

The open-concept layout includes a warm and inviting living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with new appliances, island seating, and a dining area with a table for six.

Guest Access & Requirements:

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, guests are required to:
• Submit a signed rental agreement, photo ID, and full guest list within 48 hours of booking
• Pay a $300 security deposit
• This is a hold, not a charge, placed 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or violations

Propane Note:
We do our best to keep the propane tank for the grill full. However, please check the level before cooking. If it runs out, there is a nearby market where you can exchange it. Send us the receipt and we will gladly reimburse you!
