    A cozy, dog-friendly home in a quiet neighborhood about 6 blocks north of downtown Lake Geneva, an easy walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. Sleeps 6 with two queen bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. Let the dog run in the large fenced backyard, grill on the deck, gather at the firepit and warm up by the indoor fireplace. Two full baths, central air and a dedicated workspace make it easy for families and longer stays.

    ACCESS AND PARKING

    The whole home is yours, with self check-in by smart lock. The basement and garage are not open to guests. Free parking in the private driveway. A car is recommended for exploring; Uber and Lyft availability varies by season and time of day. Milwaukee is about 60 minutes away and Chicago about 90.



    AREA

    Geneva Tap House is about a 6 minute walk, and Magpie's Den and Pen and the Geneva Lake Museum about 8. From downtown you can join the Geneva Lake Shore Path, a 21 mile footpath past historic estates. By car: Tristan Crist Magic Theatre is about 4 minutes, Big Foot Beach State Park about 5, Lake Geneva Ziplines and Adventures about 6, and Alpine Valley Music Theatre about 20. In winter, Grand Geneva Resort is close for skiing and snowboarding.



    GOOD TO KNOW

    • Dogs only, and they are welcome. No other pets.

    • Exterior security cameras face the entryways.

    • Noise decibel monitors are on the property.

    • Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are on site.

    • Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request.

    • No smoking, and no parties or events. Please tidy the kitchen before you leave.

    • Long stays are welcome. For anything urgent, start your message with the word urgent.

    • After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to finalize the booking and receive check-in instructions.

    • Before check-in, guests complete our Guest Portal and choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.

Very nice property, everything was as described. We stayed for a long weekend and had a relaxing stay. Neighborhood was quiet and home was close to everything. We've stayed in the Lake Geneva area several times and this is our favorite property. We will book here again.

Walking distance to downtown and quiet street, kitchen with plenty of accessories, good bed and shower. Should be a prime consideration especially for two couples or family of four. The fold out couch in the living room was not utilized but would accommodate a larger family. Good choice

Perfect for our needs

Well appointed home that was clean and comfortable. Was a perfect place for us to stay with our pooches. We walked to the downtown area daily. Was a 15 min walk through lovely neighborhoods. Loved the location.

Great place

My friend and I stayed here for a week with our two dogs and were both very impressed with this house! The place was super clean, great layout, backyard is huge, loved the location (about half a mile from downtown). Friendly people in the area. Would definitely come back!

Great Holiday Weekend Stay

Had a fantastic stay! The home has plenty of room and is well stocked for cooking and entertainment. Very clean! The location is an easy 15 minute walk to beach and town. Check in and check out was easy. Owner/management team was very responsive. We would stay here again!

My daughter, my 2 furry babies, and I really enjoyed the stay in this place. The home was very clean, with many amenities provided including: bathroom toiletries, soaps, cleaning supplies for any messes, seasonings for cooking, and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances like an air fryer, toaster oven, and a Keurig machine that uses both pods and ground coffee. Both beds were clean and very comfortable. Host was very communicative, friendly, and accomodating. The home is in a wonderfully quiet location that is close enough to the downtown area but far enough to ensure peaceful rest after a long day. The backyard was well maintained and very spacious. Overall, great stay and great price!!!

Excellent Home in Lake Geneva

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Lake Geneva. Great location, only 15 minutes from the main downtown area and lake. The house was very clean with updated decor and all basics needs for a comfortable stay. The yard was a bonus since we had a dog. Communications with the owner was excellent and we hope to be staying here again in the near future.

Sweet rental

Everything about the rental was top notch. Very nice house, great yard with deck, and quiet street with short walk to lake or town. Our two dogs enjoyed themselves too! Only wish,..... had access to a clothes dry.

Lovely family friendly stay

Enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. All was as advertised. Property is run through a mgmt company which leads to a few extra steps in the booking communication. Expectations about check in could have been a bit clearer.

First time renting a house and it was great in so many ways. Especially for our dog who loves to run in the backyard. Also there is a great dog park close by that was awesome. The host was always available to answer an email with any questions almost immediately after being sent.

Autumn Getaway

Home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance (15 min) of downtown shops/restaurants and Lake Shore Path. Clean, newly renovated home with comfortable furnishings and appliances/electronics in working order. Kitchen is well stocked with more than necessary items for cooking and eating in. Large fenced and private backyard with large patio (and front porch). Hosts provided quick responses to requests for help / information. Highly recommended as a relaxing place to stay for a getaway to Lake Geneva.

beautifully remodeled home blocks from the beach

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully remodeled home. It's very clean and updated with a great look in a quiet neighborhood just about 10 blocks from the lake and downtown Lake Geneva, a slightly long but easy walk. There are many attractions and restaurants in the area. The front porch or rear deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. The home has nearly new appliances and comfortable beds. The only drawbacks are the living room TV is mounted too high on the wall to watch comfortably from the couch (but each bedroom has a large TV also), it lacks a clothes washer/dryer and the rear deck needs some repair. Overall we had a wonderful stay and the property manager was quick to respond to questions we had.

Labor Day 2024 AAA+

Home impressively clean and up to date.. central air is a plus for the homes in the area. Great location for a walk to downtown, beach and restaurants. Favorite part is the well kept fenced in yard for our fur baby. He had a wonderful time and made a sprinting friend next door. Dog toys and games for kids with other supplies nicely provided for our stay. Would like to be able to get a late check out when it’s offered on the site, or a later check out than 10am. Maybe just have 11am and don’t offer the late checkout. Other than that we are very pleased and will be back for sure especially with our furry friend and family!!
