"The location of this hotel is amazing. Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches i have ever been to. The host was very accommodating. The hotel itself is in need of work. We could not get hot water even after letting the sink run for 6 min as instructed, there was no lighting in the hallway so we had to use our phone flashlights, the room balcony door did not close, the balcony was dirty and rusty, light in toom was flickering... overall we had a great time, and maybe we were just...

"Very nice villa with very spacious bedrooms- mostly en suite and attractive outdoor space including shady eating area. Beds very comfortable and aircon is quiet and very effective. Walking distance to Lu impostu beach and a couple of restaurants but a car is essential I would say as the villa is well outside San Teodoro. Villa manager Chiara was very helpful and friendly over WhatsApp including assistance with problems of our own making (forgotten items etc) - excellent service. Also v flexible around check in and out - much appreciated. As mentioned to Chiara there are a few areas for improvement. A villa manual would help with finding/operating things including the satellite tv as the intro to the villa by the housekeeper is very quick and in Italian. The contents of the kitchen cupboards and equipment need a complete overhaul- many multiples of some items (seems like a catering store) and insufficient others eg water glasses, sharp knives. Some items eg table coverings, damaged cutlery need replacing. All in all however a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful area. Thank you!"

"We had a very nice stay in San Teodoro. This was a comfortable and clean house with everything we needed. Easy to get into the house with a keypad and then a key. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals and there’s a nice little back porch area. Although it is in a somewhat busy location it was very quiet and relaxing. And the hosts were easy to communicate with. We only wish we had time to stay longer. La Cinta beach was very close by. Beautiful beach but super crowded in August. We were able to walk about 20 min to the lively downtown area. We took a couple day trips by car to some other area beaches. We had a very nice stay."

"We have just had a wonderful stay in this house. The owner, Marco, was lovely, welcoming and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need so it was like home from home. We found it so helpful as a family that the house had three showers! The WiFi was good and the air conditioning was great and not noisy. We didn’t have a car but everything was close by and walkable so it was perfectly located. Both the beach and town centre were less than a 10 minute walk. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this property!"

"The kindness of the owners and staff in general is indisputable good. It was our first time to a 3 star hotel and We couldn’t understand how it is even possible for such a dated hotel to be rated with stars, never mind 3! The bedroom wasn’t ready after checking in and we were given the keys to the bedroom regardless. When we opened the door the door bashed to the bed because of the size of the bedroom. There is a light in the middle of the headboard which didn’t work and therefore it is for exteriors. Electric socket are low in number and one of them was sinking behind the plate potentially being dangerous also there are no socket with usb. Internet is terrible and the tv is so small , the safe is small and dated, there is no fridge or kettle or a chair to seat. The bathroom is also dated really not hygienic the curtain around the shower. Everything is so old and date. The first nigh we couldn’t sleep between the bedsheets because there was a mark of urine in the middle disgusting also the smell. There were no showers gel or shampoo only one cheep soap bar and when we requested mire we were told tomorrow . Breakfast… with flies and wasps to the food which look disgusting regardless they have a self service coffee machine and coffee is disgusting, no toaster no bread. You have to pay 20€ per day to rent the umbrella and chaise lounge at their beach spot cash only without receipt! All in all for the price of 190 euros per night absolutely a big NO! "

"Great location, and good sized apartment. We arrived in the middle of summer and unfortunately the ceiling fan in the main bedroom wasn’t working. Thankfully Nicole was very responsive and organised a portable A/C unit which made the rest of the stay more comfortable. "
