Welcome to our luxurious four bedroom custom home, located in the exclusive private beach community of Three Arch Bay in Laguna Beach. This newly renovated home offers stunning 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean and the Laguna Beach coastline, and is just a short walk from the private Three Arch Bay beach.  
  
The open floor plan of the home is filled with natural light and boasts sophisticated and understated furnishings. It features three master bedroom suites and three bathrooms, all with hardwood floors and air conditioning, as well as a gourmet kitchen equipped with new appliances, custom cabinets, and stone countertops. The master bedroom offers breathtaking views of the Pacific and stunning sunsets over Catalina Island.  
  
Relax on one of the home's four outdoor patios or in the garden, and make use of the two car garage and two additional parking spaces. The home also comes with a golf cart for easy transportation within the private streets of the community.  
  
Three Arch Bay is a private, gated community with exclusive access to the beach and tennis courts for homeowners and their guests. Amenities at the home include a steam room, wide screen TVs, hi-def TVs in both entertainment areas, Wi-Fi, luxury linens and towels, and an outdoor fireplace and fire pit.
