You\`ve found it! Centrally located Airbnb in the heart of the VIllage District in Laguna Beach (w/Parking HEAT and AIR CONDITIONING!). Steps to Cleo Beach, 100 yards from Ralphs, a stones throw to THE famous DECK and Driftwood restaurants(We share the alley on Sleepy Hollow!) on CLEO beach, a short 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown and Main Beach. Our chick Airbnb is 2 bed/1 bath and sleeps 6\. Please read the extended description for full detail NOTE- We\`re in the heart of downtown next to the beach which means we\`re close to PCH and street noise. We provide a white noise machine and ear plugs for each bedroom for sensitive sleepers:). COVERED CARPORT PARKING FOR 1 LARGE/MEDIUM VEHICLE. For larger vehicles pull half way in and your nose of the car can be even with the property line. BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The Master has a King size bed, 43\` TV as well as a dresser. Bedroom 2: King size bed, 43\` TV, dresser hanger combo. There is an upscale queen air mattress available upon request HEAT/AC- We have a mini split AC AND HEAT SYSTEM! Rare to have AC in Laguna Beach. We have it!! KITCHEN: Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a 6 burner gas range, ovens, and more… LIVING: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have comfortable sectional sofa (comfortable to sleep on), plenty of seating and a large 65\` Samsung TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets. OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. LOCATION: We\`re located on CLEO beach and a short 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Laguna Beach. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. The apartment was very cold and only heated by 2 small space heaters. If both heaters were in use the breaker would occasionally flip which required going outside to reset it in order to get the electricity working again. You really can't beat the location, but we didn't look forward to going back to the rental at the end of the day. The street noise is very loud-bring earplugs. Overall, I think the space is overpriced for what you get. I doubt they will have many repeat guests. Michael, the manager was great, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. ##### Clea C. I would describe this little slice of Laguna Beach as the perfectly made ice cream sundae. Super cute layout with comfy mattresses and a/c throughout. Great restaurants, beaches and tons of activities all within walking distance. We could’ve easily spent a week here, there’s so much to do. We especially enjoyed stepping outside and walking 3 mins to the sand for evening sunset strolls. Host was very responsive, accommodating and provided a completely stocked place. Did I mention location?! Thank you for sharing this amazing pad, we will definitely be back. ##### Valerie S. First off our host Mike was super helpful and responsive. This place is literally 20 yards from the Deck where we had cocktails while soaking in the beautiful sunset. Laguna Beach is just amazing! The place looks like it was newly remodeled and the owner might just be an interior designer because the place looked like it was in a magazine. Next time we come back I will try and stay here, can’t think there is a better rental in Laguna Beach at this price point. Highly recommend and thanks again for everything Mike! ##### Collin A. When we arrived, it was 95 degrees and it never cooled down. The bathroom door was hanging off the hinges after first use. Bathroom soap was a single sliver of hotel hand soap for three people for five days. Shampoo was a single size bottle. Chicken bone was resting on the sky light.
