THINGS TO KNOW: \-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party \-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater \-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees of $300/month will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking \-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking \-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total. \-Parking for this home is two driveway spots, as there is no access to the garage area of the home. \-Please note this home has a shared wall with a studio ADU which may have a long-term tenant during your stay.
