The apartment is centrally located, so a car isn’t necessary—shops, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance. Nearby Lagos offers a lively historic center, a marina, great dining, and breathtaking cliffs best explored by boat, kayak, or SUP. With plenty of activities, from surfing to sailing, this area has something for everyone. \## Transit You can reach Luz in about an hour by car from Faro Airport, with rentals available at the airport. Public transport takes 2.5 to 3 hours. Bike rentals are in the same building, while a bus stop and car/scooter rentals are just 150m away, making it easy to explore. Lagos, the nearest larger town, has train and bus connections, but schedules are limited.
