Located in the small Acacias complex which consists of four 3-storey blocks with 24 apartments in total. From the parking area 4 steps lead up to the entrance, and this apartment is located on the slightly elevated ground floor with two stories above it, and there is intercom entry. The living area has a dining table with 6 chairs while the lounge has two couches, flat screen TV with International channels, free Wi Fi and doors to a balcony which extends to include access from the kitchen and bedrooms. The balcony has a table and chairs and has lovely sea views and overlooks of the attractive shared pool area. The kitchen has a breakfast table and is well-equipped with appliances, utensils, crockery etc. Even the cook has lovely views while preparing food in the kitchen as it opens onto the long balcony which is also accessed from the lounge and bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and drawers. Bedroom 2 has three single beds and a chest of drawers, and both bedrooms have direct access to the veranda with great sea views. A Cot and a Highchair are available, on request, at no extra charge. The bathroom has a bath with shower, bidet, wc and basin. This is an ideal apartment for a family holiday being near the beach, or equally suitable for a couple wanting a bright, clean well-appointed apartment in a charming village setting with shops, banks, hairdressers, a medical centre, restaurants and the beach all just a short walk away. \*\*\*Please note that check in is between 3pm and 7pm.\*\*\* ## Property amenities ### Beach - Der Balkon hat bis zum späten Mittag Sonne, danach bietet das Dach Schatten. Leider verfügt die Wohnung - anders als im Inserat angegeben - nicht über eine Klimaanlage. Es gab lediglich zwei tragbare Ventilatoren. Das war sehr schade, da wir die Wohnung u.a. wegen dieses Merkmals gebucht haben. Den Gemeinschaftspool haben wir nicht genutzt, der Bereich ist aber sehr gepflegt. Eine Restaurantempfehlung ist das Fortalezza da Luz. ##### Andrea W. If you don't want this every day, there are two good supermarkets 5 minutes to go. Oh, and good weather, too., even at the end of September, although the evenings get slowly a bit (but really only a bit) chilly one time or the other. Tout peut s'y faire à pieds si vous le souhaitez. C'est aussi un excellent point de départ si votre objectif est de visiter d'autres régions de cette partie du Portugal. Très bel appartement, propre, agréable et bien équipé. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Le living, la terrasse et les chambres ont vue sur la mer :). La literie est confortable . La piscine commune et le jardin sont bien entretenus. L'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes. ##### Rifka E. Aug 4, 2016 #### Amazing apartment in an amazing complex I'm just back from a 10 day stay at this Block B apartment and all I can say is how amazing it was. The apartment itself is very spacious, airy and clean, with lots of storage space. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Very home from home. The view from the apartment is beautiful....to the left you have a pool view and to the right you have a beautiful sea view. The balcony is big with a table and plenty of chairs......there's even a little BBQ. The lady called Clara, who meets and greets is a lovely lady. Very helpful too and is readily available if you need anything. The complex itself is really nice,very well kept gardens and pool. The temperature of the pool is just right.It is a very small private complex. The first few days we were there it was very quiet.Really relaxing.It is in a great location too. I have only 1 little gripe......The sun loungers could do with being changed.There are 4 sun loungers allocated to this apartment, but they are very old and grubby compared to all the other sun loungers. Jul 16, 2016 #### Tolles Apartment, toller Blick, sehr sauber Das Apartment ist wunderschön gelegen, hat einen tollen Meerblick und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Bereits die Anreise war sehr einfach und wir wurden von Clara sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen - speziell dafür noch einmal danke. Das Apartment ist prima ausgestattet, sehr sauber und man fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man schönste Strände fußläufig, der kleinere Ort Luz ist überschaubar aber gemütlich. Obwohl alles vor Ort ist, ist es touristisch nicht überlaufen. Von hier haben wir tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Algarve machen können. Gäbe es sechs Sterne, so hätten wir die auch gerne gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Obrigado ##### Devid T.
