"The resort has an amazing look, particularly the outdoor areas, but the lack of maintenance is concerning. Staff were really friendly and always at hand. The outdoor pool was clean and the water was kept in proper condition, but the bridges were closed as they are falling apart. The room looked amazing, but again lack of maintenance was a negative factor. One toilet leaking water, one bathroom smelling like sewer and the bedroom walls hid a lot of damage behind the wallpaper. This could be seen in other areas of the hotel - Turkish bath out of order, hydrotub broken. Sauna, indoor pool and gym were all fine. "

"Everything superb - photos don’t do the hotel justice - so good. I originally booked 3 nights as a solo trip to area - stayed the rest of my trip purely down to the overwhelming experience."

"Hotel views were stunning and staff was very friendly. They were doing some construction while we were there hence the one point off but the hotel and grounds were clean and modern. The outdoor pool had a fantastic view but too cold for when we visited in March so our kids played in the indoor pool instead. It would have been nice if the indoor pool had similar views - there was a glass window but facing the grassy interior instead of the ocean. But other than that, we loved our stay."

"Property generally good, needs a bit of TLC in parts. Paid extra for a sea view that was blocked by palm trees 🌴. Breakfast good but a bit chaotic."

"The only problem we found is that the wifi was very weak in the appartment, sometimes not present at all. It should be stated in the description that the wifi is mostly availlable around the pool area."

"We absolutely loved it here. The views are breathtaking. When we checked in we were greeted so kindly. She helped us book breakfast for the morning, made us supper reservations, and even booked a boat tour for the next day to see the caves. It made this trip so much easier with all of the help and it was greatly appreciated. We loved our breakfast each morning. Such a nice option to eat on our own private balcony in the sunshine. The room was great, bed was comfortable and the entire hotel was clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again when back in Portugal. "

"Location was lovely, you definitely need a couple of days here. We came in at night and left at checkout (11am). Didn’t get to enjoy any ammenities. The beach at the bottom of the cliff is lovely. "
