Beautiful Oasis - Dog Friendly House!

This stunning 3-bedroom home has a huge yard for your pups to run free with a gas fire pit you can cozy up to on a summer evening. Amazing location within walking distance of downtown Lafayette, where you will find tons of new restaurants, shops, bars, art nights, and summer attractions and events. Lower Level - Fully equipped laundry room w/ brand new washer and dryer, TV den, plus a small office that looks out to the back yard. Includes garage and driveway parking.

This split-level home has stairs to get to the main living area from the front door.
Enjoy the decorative fireplace. It is not operational.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

This home is pet-friendly, dogs only! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

Food left in disposal made gross smell until we cleaned it…mattress in king bedroom so high I had trouble getting in & out…mattress in queen bedroom very lopsided… bathroom situation not well described … 6 adults in bedrooms on main floor only had one shower to share … going downstairs was a pain… only tv that worked was downstairs… But it was nicely decorated.

Nice area!
The house could have been a little cleaner. It didn’t look like the table had been wiped down and the basement we had to vacuum but the rest of the house was clean enough for a 5 day stay for 3 adults and 2 kids. We tried to use the grill and wasps came out and we gave up and used the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans and basically everything you need. We loved walking the lake Waneka loop every evening with our pup and family. Washer and dryer was nice and efficient. Stores were less than a mile away. All in all we would rent this place again.

Very nice and clean property. Plenty of dry good items for the kitchen, along with plenty of towels and linen. A small lake and walking path just a few blocks away was a nice treat. All-in-all a great place to stay.

We stayed over Easter. Traveled with my spouse and dog. Lots of stairs, so definitely got a workout. Close to Waneka Lake. Was in need of a good spring cleaning. The coded entry was nice, we had no issues getting into the property. Location was near plenty of stores.

It was clean, it was as described. There's just no warmth when staying at a company owned, rather than at an individuals property. The fact that you can't smoke inside, fantastic, the fact that you can't smoke anywhere on the property, a bit much.

Great home in a great location
We came to the Boulder area for a family wedding. Great location with proximity to downtown Boulder and a wonderful park across the street. Easy access to grocery and shopping options. My sons enjoyed the downstairs media area for their gaming. My husband used the downstairs office area for work. Lots of great kitchen supplies, even a slow cooker. Rooms were large and bright. The upstairs was open and cheery. Lots of natural light. One suggestion: it would be nice to have laundry baskets in the bedrooms, esp since the laundry room is downstairs. The only issue was during “no mow May”, we couldn’t easily get to the fire pit in the backyard. The front door can be tricky to lock, so we just used the garage door when we left. We had a wonderful stay!
