« Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

« Nous avons réservé notre sejour entre amis avec ma carte bancaire.Suite à un accident sur le réseau routier ,j'ai prévenu l'hôtel par mail de notre retard qui est resté sans réponse car celui-ci n' était pas joignable par téléphone. A nôtre arrivée aprés 1200km et 12 h de route ,la personne de l 'accueil nous annonce que 2 des 4 chambres réservés ont été attribués à des autres personnes.L'accueil nous a certifié que réserver par carte bancaire ne garantie pas d'avoir ces chambres.La personne...
