« Absolutely amazing staff!! We had a flight delay from Auckland and found ourselves arriving after the check-in desk closed. We contacted the motel and they were incredibly kind and efficient, getting us set up with our room still and saving a trip up the river the next morning that would otherwise have needed to be delayed or cancelled.
