"Un accès difficile aux chambres quand on a des difficultés physique. Le "monte charge" était défectueux... Incompréhensible Pas de télé sans la chambre. 65 euros pour un plateau repas qu'il faut commander 48h en avance. Pas de restaurant a proximité. Prise de chambre jusqu'à 18h00 pour avoir qq de physiquement présent. Un cadeau que j'ai fais a mes beaux parents mais déçu au global au regard du prix. Pour finir sur une note positive, l'accueil est bien, les chambres sont neuves mais...

"This was advertised as a 4 * hotel. Certainly it had facilities like a pool, fitness room and bar but the bar menu was mediocre. My biggest disappointment was the standard of furnishing. Seats with stained upholstery, no additional cushions on the chairs which were very wide and difficult to feel comfortable on if you are short. The bedding for the sofa bed was poor. I do not consider an Eleclerc basic pillow satisfactory for 4 *. The innards had separated into bits. The quilts were equally poor quality. We had hoped for better in a suite. Finally the breakfast was also disappointing. Limited choice.....and we were there early ...nothing labelled e.g. how to make or choose a drink and no staff to ask ...we have had better in 2 * accommodation."

"First, the positives:- good location - Nice Boulangerie-Pâtisserie across the street - Spacious main floor, with large kitchen - Nice view of the lake and mountains- Large deck with view- Safe and private parking for one car - The Internet was consistent, and fast. - There is an apartment above, but only footfalls at night once, no voices. Then the not so positives:- Constant daytime road noise from the roundabout. - An overpowering cleaning products smell that never really went away even after a week with us lighting incense and opening doors whenever possible. The laundry detergent isle of Carrefour would have been less noxious. - Pillows and bed linens smelled even worse, probably from some pungently awful laundry detergent or drier sheets. Washing them didn’t help. - There are scented smell sticks and plugins everywhere. It was like being trapped in a candle shop. - The apartment is only good for two people. The downstairs cave is cold, damp, and has a smell of mold. This room, with one tiny window up high, is a wine cave, not a bedroom. - There was an incessant whining/humming noise from the ceiling fans in the bathrooms. We had to sleep with earplugs, until after 3 days the landlord told me I could throw the circuit breaker. Silence!- Oh, and why is there a sheet of thick, clear plastic on the dining table? Seems unnecessary. - The 20 minute walk to the port is mostly safe except for a section with no sidewalk and there are a lot of cars going fast."
