"We stayed for the night at the hotel, it was great, fantastic room, the staff we really friendly. The hotel is in a great location right next to concert square. The room had a little kitchen area inside the wardrobe, coffe machine, kettle, microwave etc... We would defo stay again. "

"Summary: hotel is under renovation. It will almost certainly look better once that's done. Specifically: When I visited, all common areas on the ground floor were under renovation, and the rooms themselves could use some renovation of their own. Note that the listing is inaccurate: the bar does not actually exist (yet). Additionally, various aspects of the rooms are poorly maintained. For example, there was a substantial crack in the wall beneath the window in my room. The shower was sputtery and somewhat clogged. The window struggled to keep out the wind. And the sound insulation was not impressive. All that being said: the building is very impressive, and even a little bit of renovation would really make a huge difference. The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. Ultimately, it did the job, I just wish the listing hadn't lied about breakfast in the bar."

"Place is immaculate. The staff from the reception to housekeeping to the bar are all great. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but from what I can see, the food looks great too. "

"The room was fairly clean, but the curtains were very old and didn’t block out the light from outside, and a light from the neighbouring property kept flashing all night long through our bedroom window. The bathroom had been refurbished and was clean. Breakfast isn't a full English breakfast, and it was OK, but there could have been more fruit options, and there were no cakes or yoghurts."

"The hotel is a good location, just 10min walk from Royal Albert Dock. The town is also not far if you don't mind a slightly longer walk or just a 5min taxi The rooms are extremely clean and well kept. The hotel was fresh and tidy. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice with a good choice on offer at the buffet. Dinner is available however we didn't eat dinner at the hotel. Plenty of free parking which was a massive selling point to us."
