"Great for family "

"The hotel is fantastic, with so much to do and amazing service, food and drinks. The staff go out of their way to make the experience very special. We enjoyed brilliant exercise classes and facilitated games for the kids. Everyone had such fun! The food was brilliant and they catered superbly for allergies. Nice to have the choice of the a la carte as well as the buffet. Rooms do need a refresh which is planned for September. Overall a fabulous hotel for a very special holiday. "

"Coco Palm is a lovely hotel, the all in clusive options was extensive and restaurant style which we enjoyed. We really appreciated the front desk staff who were always helpful and friendly, they even upgraded us and helped us with anything we asked. Food was good, pool was lovely. Parking was easy, we travelled around quite conveniently all trip and the beach was walking distance, as were some local shops, a few restaurants and the bank. Rooms were large and had everything required. A few repairs or slight maintainence in bathroom would have improved the rooms more but nothing that ruined our stay. "

We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James, who surprised us with an incredible upgrade at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture elevated our experience and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Sugar Beach in an even more special way. His friendly approach and commitment to guest satisfaction are a perfect example of what makes this resort so exceptional. Between the breathtaking scenery, luxurious accommodations and villas, and staff who treat you like family, Sugar Beach Viceroy delivers an experience that is nothing short of world-class.
