In La Tranche sur Mer, in the center area. Pleasant house, with its exceptional location for the holidays, once the car is parked you can do everything on foot: 100m from the city center and 100m from the beach. House of approximately 50m2 including a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms each with 1 140cm bed and 1 wardrobe, a bathroom with sink, shower and washing machine and a separate toilet. Below the house, an external staircase gives access to a large cellar where it is possible to store bicycles, boards ... A staircase also gives access to a small courtyard at the back of the house with garden furniture and deckchairs. A parking space in the front yard of the house (vehicle maximum length 4m)
