The Space:

This 89 sqm | 958 sq ft condo at Torres Cantera is inside a 24/7 gated residential area that sits on a location on top of a small hill overlooking La Paz Bay. The elevation provides some of the best views of the bay and the Sea of Cortez from your private balcony. The development includes two swimming pools, a gym, a movie theater, a rec room with games, an area for kids to play, and beautifully manicured grounds. Plus, you’ll be situated close to the famous sights and attractions in La Paz, grocery stores, convenience stores, shopping, and more! Look no further, this will be the perfect place to stay and to make great new memories in La Paz!



The main spaces of the 2-bedroom condo:

- A wonderfully wide open living area with hardwood floors, comfy sofas, two chairs, and lots of natural light permeates the space through the balcony sliding glass doors! Open the doors for a delightful bay breeze and indoor/outdoor connection.

- The beautiful dining table is situated between the sitting area and kitchen

- The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals.

- Step out onto your refreshing private balcony with amazing La Paz Bay and Sea of Cortez views! It’s a fantastic place to sip your morning coffee and breathe in fresh air to start your day or wind down in the evening with a cocktail and a spectacular sunset!

- The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare a meal at home, and you’ll have the important extras like a coffee maker for those morning perk-ups and a blender for the afternoon beverages!

- 2 lovely bedrooms, to accommodate 4 guests as such:

- There’s a washer/dryer in the condo for convenience.

The condo is 16.7 km | 10.4 mi about to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP), and it’s 199 km | 124 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).



Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.



Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.



Please note that the pool is not heated.



We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:

- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes

- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands

- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering

- If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load



We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.



Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, bath towels, and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay.



The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.



We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.



Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at check out.



There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.



Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.

Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20.00 USD fine.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Surveillance cameras are used on the exterior areas of the property, solely for guest safety and security.



HOUSE RULES:

- Please note that the pool maintenance is scheduled every (Tuesday & Friday). We'll kindly ask you to grant access to the maintenance staff, there is no specific time for this service. (the maintenance service may be subject to changes)

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.

- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.



To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. First, note, that the residential area is a guard gated. You’ll need to drive to the visitor’s gate on the right to get checked in by the guard and then continue to the condo building. The condo building, Torres Cantera, where you’re staying also has controlled gated access entry. All the access information and codes if needed will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.



You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
