« J'avais une réservation pour le 21 juillet de 13h00 à 14h30, j'ai reçu un message comme quoi ils avaient un problème avec ma carte (faux, et j'ai réservé 10 jours à l'avance), ils ont annulé ma réservation à la dernière minute, ils ne me donnent pas de solution et la réception raccroche mon appel alors que je les appelle pour trouver une solution. C'est un abus, c'est irresponsable, c'est une arnaque. »

« Before my arrival to the apartment I had asked for photos so that I would know what to expect instead I was assured that the place was up to standard. However, Upon my arrival I was disappointed in the way the bnb did not meet my expectations or looked like what was listed . When entering the place I was greeted with an awful smell that caused my partner to have an allergic reaction, along with such smell the place was infested with roaches , there were stains on almost everything, the water...

« I arrived at 20:00 and sent whatsapp mesaage to the hotel to fet picked up, there was no answer, caleld them and no answer, finally took a uber to the hotel to findout the address is terminal 2 of Panama airport and basically this hotel does not exist. Contacted expedia and eeported the case, could not get another hotel and slept iver night in panama airport freezing to death with the A/C. Now Im shocked to see this hotel still active. Checkout there addeess on google maps and you will see...
